I was delighted to be invited to become a Trustee of Phoenix as I had admired its work for many years.

Having shared a warehouse with them for several years I saw on almost a daily basis that it was totally focused on its users and sought to support all aspects of their lives.

What perhaps drew me most into becoming a Trustee was watching so many of their people grow in confidence, blossom as human beings and then find their happy place in society!
