Kate Ball

I first became involved with Phoenix Enterprises in 2022 through a workplace volunteering scheme and was immediately struck by the fantastic atmosphere in the warehouse. I’ve since returned a few times for volunteering and each time seen the value and benefit brought to the service users. I was also roped into the 2024 fundraising hike which was quite the experience!

When the chance came to apply for a trustee role at Phoenix, I was honoured to be given the opportunity and delighted to become more involved with the organisation. Between my background in the public sector and time served as a company trustee in my current workplace, I hope to be able to bring useful knowledge and experience to the role and I’m sure I’ll learn a thing or two as I go!
