The perfect choice for mailing & assembly

Our experienced and quality conscious staff are brilliant at various labour-intensive or repetitive tasks. We also have specialist equipment ideal for printing, photocopying or automated franking. Phoenix offers standard or bespoke, non-standard services for high-volume or one-off tasks that exploit these two strengths. Note that no job is too small.

We offer Mail Services and Packing & Assembly Services as standard but also any awkward job your own workforce can’t or don’t want to do than might involve inserting, folding, hand-enclosing or sorting.

We take both short notice and urgent work; you can rely on our dedicated workforce and management team to ensure your deadlines are met.

Mail Services

We have successfully delivered Mail Fulfilment and Direct Mail Services for over 18 years.

Our services include hand filling and completion of all types of marketing material, including letters, magazines, brochures, catalogues and single or multiple inserts into envelopes or polywrap.

We also offer a comprehensive range of printing services including letter, order of service, posters, flyers and catalogues.

We also offer discount mailing solutions.

Packing & Assembly Services

Our Packing Services are reliable and cost effective for companies requiring additional help for either regular contracts or one off jobs.

Complexity varies from packaging single or multiple items to specific hand assembly work.

Our experienced and committed workforce can pick and pack any item to your specification, particularly if it does not readily lend itself to machine operations.

We offer a 10% discount for all new customers off their first order for any of our services.

I have used Phoenix on a couple of occasions recently. Once for a simple inserting job ….but was needed to be turned around in 6 hrs. Not only was this well done ….i think they did it in 3. The other project was wanted more slowly but was fiddly and required a high degree of attention to detail and then an accurate count kept of goods completed v v collected/delivered. This was all achieved without any fuss. Emma, Ann, Tracy and the whole team pull off these sort of tasks daily with huge aplomb. I’d recommend them to anyone that needs hand work, hand assembly, manipulative tasks.
